DESCRIPTION:Save the Date! Sunday\, June 14th is Flag Day!\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin 
 us at Lakenenland for a potluck picnic\, fun\, community and music.\n\n\n\
 n\n\nLSRI will host an afternoon “Rise Up\, Sing Out!” event at Lakene
 nland on Sun.\, June 14 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAuth
 oritarians want fear\, silence\, and isolation. We choose joy. We choose c
 ommunity. We choose people power. Rise Up\, Sing Out is about reclaiming p
 atriotism as something inclusive\, participatory\, and rooted in care for 
 one another — not power\, pageantry\, or one person’s spotlight.\n\nRE

  .\nFollowing our gathering at Lakenenland\, watch the livestream “Rise 
 Up\, Sing Out” evening concert from New York’s Town Hall:\nOn Sunday\,
  June 14\, The Committee for the First Amendment is hosting a live concert
  to celebrate the First Amendment—and we encourage you to gather togethe
 r in person\, sing along\, and celebrate with us as we all commit to takin
 g action to protect our rights and freedoms.\nThe show starts at 7:30 PM E
 astern Time. Here are some of the headline performers:\n\n\nMore informati
 on about the concert is HERE.\n\nAllow us to clear up some confusion surro
 unding Flag Day events.\nPeople have been asking: \n\nQ: “Is Rise Up\, S
 ing Out” actually No Kings 4?”\nA: NO. “Rise Up\, Sing Out” is not
  a mass protest/mobilization event. It is not NK4\, although the confusion
  is understandable. The first No Kings Day event was on June 14th last yea
 r\, and we all remember what an inspiring event that was. This year’s Fl
 ag Day celebration is instead dedicated to building community\, trust and 
 solidarity on a smaller scale. And having a lot of fun in the process. We

 : “WILL there be a No Kings 4 national mobilization this summer?”\nA: 
 YES! There WILL be a No Kings 4! The leaders of Indivisible national\, No 
 Kings and the many other partner organizations have confirmed this. The da
 tes and times are still being worked out. A mobilization of this size requ
 ires a huge amount of time and energy. It’s important that NK4 adds to\,
  and does not detract from\, crucial election-related planning and work be
 ing done in advance of the midterms. Very careful consideration is being g
 iven to choosing the right date.
